Guadalupe Alvarez Montserrat

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Guadalupe "Lupe’s" passion for travel began at 15 when her mother took her on a life-changing trip to Patagonia. There, she experienced her first dive in the region’s icy waters, sparking a lifelong love for exploration. From that moment, she knew she wanted to work in travel and immediately began her Open Water certification. 

 With over 20 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Lupe specializes in both adventure and luxury travel. A firm believer in the power of remote work, she has worked from destinations as diverse as Zambia, Egypt, Romania, Patagonia, Easter Island, French Polynesia, Roatan, and beyond while Scuba diving, whitewater rafting, hiking, camping, and mountain climbing. Her role as Business Development Manager allows her to connect with partners worldwide, crafting unforgettable travel experiences.
