All of the dive sites from La Paz are far from the marina. If you are planning multiple days dive trip, our scuba diving camping trip is the best way to shorten your boat ride time from the marina to dive site. Once you finish diving, you will have free time for kayaking, hiking, fishing, and paddle boarding at the Espiritu Santo Island instead of taking time on the boat to get back to town each day.

Fun Baja has very experienced dive masters. The boat was spacious and was able to accommodate 24 of us with no crowding. They also had DIN or yoke regulator valves and nitrox. We had a nice dinner with the owner on the last night there. Overall, the Fun Baja staff and crew were excellent company.

We had a great group trip with Fun Baja in La Paz. Their divemasters were not only very knowledgeable about the dive sites, but also very flexible with what our group wanted to do, and made the diving and boat rides extremely fun. They put together a great trip for us which included a couple nights camping (glamping) on Isla Espiritu Santo Island which was phenomenal. We did sea lions, whale sharks, dolphins, giant jawfish, wrecks and a mobula ray night dive. They took our group of 20 out on their newly acquired large boat which was unfortunately slow but we made most of the long boat ride. I believe they have since made the boat faster. Lunch is served on the boat and could be better, but we had tamales one day which was very tasty!
