Location

The Mischief operates in Komodo, Indonesia, offering exclusive private charters through the region’s stunning waters. Embarkation and disembarkation take place at KP3, the designated port for the yacht. Guests can conveniently reach the vessel via Komodo Airport (Domine Eduard Osok, LBJ), the nearest airport, with complimentary airport transfers provided by the crew to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Dive Overview 

Komodo National Park is a premier diving destination, celebrated for its vibrant coral reefs, diverse marine life, and exhilarating drift dives. Aboard the Mischief, divers can encounter manta rays, reef sharks, turtles, and a wide variety of tropical fish. All dives are guided, making them suitable for divers of all levels, from beginners experiencing Discover Scuba Diving to seasoned advanced divers.

Accommodation Overview

The Mischief is a 30-meter (98-foot) luxury phinisi yacht offering private charters for up to 6 guests. It features 3 spacious air-conditioned cabins, all uniquely positioned above deck with large windows to showcase Indonesia’s spectacular landscapes. The master cabin is located on the upper deck with a private terrace, while a second double cabin and a twin cabin are situated on the main deck. Each cabin is equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom featuring a power shower and his-and-hers vanities. Eco-flush toilets connected to a treatment plant ensure environmental friendliness. The yacht also includes a full lounge, sun deck, bar, and dining room, providing a comfortable and intimate environment for guests.

Food & Drinks

Dining aboard the Mischief features Western and Indonesian cuisine served family-style, with three meals provided daily. Guests also have access to snacks, hot beverages, and drinking water throughout the day. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. The yacht has a fully stocked bar, and guests may bring their own liquor for a corkage fee of IDR 150,000 per bottle.

Dive Information

Komodo National Park is renowned for world-class diving, featuring vibrant coral reefs, abundant marine life, and thrilling drift dives suitable for divers of all levels. The Mischief offers fully guided dives, with a maximum diver-to-guide ratio of 4:1. When guests of different experience levels are onboard, separate guides are assigned if possible to ensure personalized attention.

There is no minimum dive certification required, and the yacht accommodates DSD (Discover Scuba Diving), Open Water, and Advanced Courses. Certain dive sites are only accessible to advanced divers, with conditions assessed by the Cruise Director and Dive Guide before each dive. Rental equipment is available onboard, and strict safety standards are observed, allowing both novice and experienced divers to explore Komodo’s underwater landscapes safely and confidently.

Dive sites are carefully selected based on conditions and guest experience, and may include highlights such as Manta Point (manta ray cleaning stations), Batu Bolong and Castle Rock (drift dives with schooling fish and coral gardens), Crystal Rock (pelagic encounters), Sebayur Kecil and Sebayur Besar (macro life and reef slopes), and Tatawa Besar and Tatawa Kecil (coral pinnacles and swim-throughs).

Komodo National Park | 4 Days & 3 Nights

Day 1 - Kelor | Manjerite | Pink Rock | Kalong             

  • Hike or swim at Kelor, explore marine life at Manjerite, snorkel and paddleboard at Pink Rock, watch sunset and flying foxes at Kalong. Overnight onboard.

Day 2 – Padar | Komodo | Pink Beach Komodo

  • Sunrise hike at Padar, trek to see Komodo dragons, snorkel and relax at Pink Beach. Overnight onboard. 
Day 3 – Karang Makassar | Makassar Reef | Siaba | Sebayur
  • Snorkel and beach time at Karang Makassar, spot manta rays at Makassar Reef, swim with turtles at Siaba, more snorkeling at Sebayur. Beachside dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Sebayur Kecil | Kanawa | Labuan Bajo
  • Final snorkeling at Sebayur Kecil, relax and snorkel at Kanawa, then return to Labuan Bajo by afternoon.

Day 1 – Kelor | Manjerite | Pink Rock | Kalong

  • Hike or swim at Kelor, explore marine life at Manjerite, snorkel and paddleboard at Pink Rock, watch flying foxes at Kalong. Dinner onboard and overnight cruise to Padar.

Day 2 – Padar | Komodo | Pink Beach Komodo

  • Sunrise hike at Padar, trek to see Komodo dragons, snorkel and relax at Pink Beach. Dinner onboard and overnight at Kalong Komodo.

Day 3 – Karang Makassar | Makassar Reef | Siaba | Gili Lawa Darat

  • Snorkel and beach time at Karang Makassar, spot manta rays at Makassar Reef, swim with turtles at Siaba, sunset trek at Gili Lawa. Dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 4 – Gili Lawa Laut | Gili Lawa Darat | Sebayur

  • Snorkeling at Gili Lawa Laut and Darat, sail to Sebayur for more snorkeling, beach BBQ dinner, overnight at Sebayur.

Day 5 – Sebayur Kecil | Kanawa | Labuan Bajo

  • Final snorkeling at Sebayur Kecil, relax and snorkel at Kanawa, then sail back to Labuan Bajo, ending the journey by 2 PM.

Day 5 – Tatawa Besar | Sebayur Kecil | Sebayur

  • Snorkeling at Tatawa Besar, more snorkeling at Sebayur Kecil, beach dinner and overnight at Sebayur.

Day 6 – Sebayur Kecil | Kanawa | Labuan Bajo

  • Final snorkeling at Sebayur Kecil, relax at Kanawa, sail back to Labuan Bajo by afternoon to conclude the journey.

Day 3 – Gili Lawa Laut | Gili Lawa Darat

  • Snorkeling and diving at Gili Lawa Laut and Darat, trek for sunset. Dinner and overnight at Gili Lawa Darat.

Day 4 – Karang Makassar | Makassar Reef | Padar Kecil

  • Beach and snorkeling at Karang Makassar, spot manta rays at Makassar Reef, snorkel and kayak at Padar Kecil. Dinner onboard, overnight at Padar Kecil.

Day 5 – Padar | Komodo | Pink Beach Komodo

  • Sunrise hike at Padar, trek to see Komodo dragons, snorkel and relax at Pink Beach. Dinner onboard, overnight at Kalong Komodo.

Day 6 – Mawan | Pengah Kecil | Sebayur

  • Snorkel at Mawan to see manta rays, continue to Pengah Kecil, then cruise to Sebayur for snorkeling and beachside dinner. Overnight at Sebayur.

Day 7 – Sebayur Kecil | Kanawa | Labuan Bajo

  • Final snorkeling at Sebayur Kecil, relax at Kanawa, sail back to Labuan Bajo by afternoon, ending the journey.
