The Samara Liveaboard embarks and disembarks at Pelabuhan KP3 in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. The closest airport is Komodo Airport (LBJ), and complimentary airport transfers are provided to and from the vessel for all guests.
Aboard the Samara I, guests can enjoy a leisurely exploration of Komodo’s breathtaking landscapes and tranquil waters. The journey typically includes scenic cruising through volcanic islands, sunrise hikes on Padar Island, and visits to Komodo or Rinca to see the famous dragons in their natural habitat. Guests can snorkel in crystal-clear bays, stroll along the pink sands of secluded beaches, and watch flying foxes soar over Kalong Island at sunset. Please note that Samara I is a leisure-focused vessel and does not offer diving activities.

The Samara Liveaboard offers a range of luxurious cabins designed for comfort and style. All cabins feature queen-size beds, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms, including Kelor (with balcony and sofa lounge area), Padar (with sofa lounge area), and Kanawa, providing cozy and elegant spaces for couples or solo travelers. The Rinca & Komodo cabins are slightly different, also offering a single bunk bed in addition to the queen-size bed, making them ideal for families or small groups. Each cabin combines modern amenities with the traditional charm of a phinisi yacht, ensuring a comfortable and intimate retreat while sailing through Komodo and beyond.
Onboard the Samara Liveaboard, dining is a highlight of the journey, with meals crafted to combine local Indonesian flavors with international cuisine. Fresh ingredients are used daily, and menus often feature seafood, tropical fruits, and a variety of dishes catering to different dietary preferences. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in elegantly appointed indoor or outdoor dining areas, with meals often served al fresco on the deck to take in the stunning seascapes.
