The Anemone operates in the Red Sea, with embarkation and disembarkation typically in Hurghada or Port Ghalib, two of Egypt’s main liveaboard departure ports. The closest international gateway is Hurghada International Airport, with additional access via Marsa Alam International Airport for Port Ghalib departures. Complimentary airport transfers to the Hurghada marinaare available on embarkation and disembarkation days, with transfer times ranging from approximately 10 - 20 minutes depending on the airport and port. Guests arriving early or departing late can arrange hotel transfers or additional transport upon request.

Diving in Egypt’s Red Sea is renowned for its warm, clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and consistently excellent visibility, often exceeding 30 metres. The region offers a mix of reef dives, steep walls, coral gardens, and open-water encounters, with marine life ranging from colourful reef fish and turtles to dolphins, rays, and seasonal sightings of pelagic species such as sharks. Strong currents in certain areas attract large fish schools, making the Red Sea particularly appealing to experienced divers, while sheltered sites provide relaxed conditions suitable for all certification levels.

Accommodation aboard the Anemone is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing onboard experience, with a variety of cabin categories to suit different preferences. The vessel features well-appointed twin and double cabins, along with panoramic suites and a spacious master suite, all fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully laid out for life at sea. Each cabin includes an en-suite bathroom with hot showers, daily housekeeping, towels, and toiletries, ensuring a comfortable private space between dives.

Food and drinks aboard the Anemone are an enjoyable part of the liveaboard experience, offering a generous and varied selection of European and Egyptian flavours. Meals are served buffet-style in the indoor dining area, with three freshly prepared meals each day alongside snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, and hot beverages available between dives. A range of drinks is included, such as drinking water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and local beers, ensuring guests stay refreshed throughout the trip. The vessel is also able to cater to special dietary requirements when advised in advance, while guests also have the option to bring duty-free spirits.
