Depending on the selected itinerary, guests will arrive at the Balta or San Cristobal Airport. After which, they will be transferred to the vessel, where the Galapagos National Park entrance fee will be collected and the guests' luggage inspected.

Treasure offers a selection of 4-, 5-, and 7-night itineraries that balance comfort with exploration. On board, guests enjoy amenities such as a jacuzzi or whirlpool on the sun deck, shaded terraces, BBQ space, and a relaxed lounge and dining area. Treasure operates exclusively as a naturalist-style cruise with professional guides leading island hikes, wildlife viewing, and snorkeling experiences, with gear provided. The Treasure of Galapagos features 9 fully air-conditioned cabins designed for comfort and relaxation. The Deluxe Staterooms on the Main Deck offer a queen bed and a single bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony with sea views, accommodating 2 guests. Twin Staterooms on the Upper Deck feature two double beds, a private bathroom, and a balcony, accommodating up to 3 guests. The Owner Suite provides a king bed, en suite bathroom, private balcony, and space for up to 4 guests. All cabins include daily housekeeping, hot water showers, towels, toiletries, and WiFi access, ensuring a comfortable stay while exploring the Galapagos Islands.

Guests aboard the Treasure of Galapagos enjoy a combination of Ecuadorian and international cuisine prepared fresh by the onboard chef. Meals are served buffet-style, allowing flexibility and choice, and typically include two protein options—such as fish and meat—accompanied by vegetables, rice or potato dishes, salads, and desserts. Three meals per day, snacks, and beverages including water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, local and imported beers, wines, and spirits are included.
