A BRIEF BIO:
Conservation has always been in Anthony Grote's blood. From a young age, visiting the Kruger National Park was always a highlight for him. He went on to study Conservation, gaining his Masters Degree in Wildlife Management. Straight from University, he got a job managing a Private Game Reserve in South Africa, which he did for 5 years before moving into the more technological side of things. He worked for an IT start-up called AfriCam, where webcameras were installed on waterholes in the Game Reserves around southern Africa so that people around the world could watch the waterholes live on the internet. Anthony then took time off to do a bit of traveling and ended up as an underwater photographer in the Cayman Islands for 2 years before returning to South Africa. Since then, he has run his own professional photography business for the last 18 years, mainly photographing Hotels and Lodges around Africa, as well as photographing Adventure Sporting Events. Last year, he joined Bluewater Photo, where he assists with the management of the online store for underwater photography.
