We had an exceptional experience at Arkipelago Divers and Beach resort. It started with Amy greeting us on the beach as we disembarked from our private boat taxi and the personalized service continued to make us feel like family for our entire stay. We stayed in the Villa Room which gave us a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean and a separate sitting area with couch and table perfect for cameras and battery charging. They have given attention to all the little details including a charging outlet with four plug ins and multiple usb ports, and fridge with a carafe that was easily filled with fresh water right outside the room. The full board plan allowed us to make our choice from the extensive menu and all our meals proved to be outstanding....highlights included the French toast on homemade bread, the chicken noodle soup, pork sisig and homemade Chinese dumplings. The dive shop was organized and professional, Nitrox was included for all our dives and our guide Nicko catered to all our requests including wrecks teeming with life, soft coral gardens that felt like diving in an aquarium, and the Canyons to view a huge school of jacks. Our favourite part was that all the dive sits are extremely close, you load up the boats steps from the dive shop and all surface intervals were spent sipping ginger tea and noshing on the occasional cinnamon bun back at the resort. Our airport transfers, from and back to Manila, with Arkipelago's driver, were seamless and comfortable. We are already discussing when we will return to Arkipelago for an outstanding boutique diving experience.

I had an unbelievable experience at Arkipelago Divers Resort. I'm a new diver and wanted to get a lot of dives under my belt. Over two weeks, I was able go on 42 dives. I got to experience wrecks, shallow reefs, deep canyons, and muck dives. The best thing about it is that all the dive sites are within a 5 minute boat ride. The dive masters are very experienced and always made sure that I was comfortable. The diversity of marine life is incredible and I saw something new on almost every dive. All the staff are wonderful and Amy went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She even sourced a hard drive for me and also got it to me when I forgot it at the resort (thanks again Amy!). The rooms are clean and the food is tasty and so convenient with everything right at the resort. I will certainly come back and stay again.

What a great affordable boutique dive resort in Puerto Galera! The rooms are basic but spacious. I was in a poolview room but next time I will stay in the villa which looks amazing. The dive operation is very good and the food menu is extensive. Best part is the owners are always on site, including their kids and dog Bubbles. It has an awesome family vibe and the owners make you feel like part of the family. They are also very flexible and will do everything they can to make your stay memorable. The resort is located right on the beach and away from the yucky part of town. The views are incredible! You can dive 4-5 times a day and the diver to guide ratios are small. Hot water is very HOT, and the wifi is so good I could stream live games.
