Dive Information

Welcome to a scuba diver's paradise. Dive into Bohol's waters to experience the prolific marine biodiversity of the Coral Triangle. Expect quiet white-sand beaches and over 30 spectacular dive sites, most within 15 minutes of the dive shop at Amun Ini. Explore uncrowded reefs, kept in pristine condition through Amun Ini's dedication to environmental awareness and conservation. Discover plunging walls adorned with an array of hard and soft corals. Photograph rare macro critters, including mandarin fish, pygmy seahorses, nudibranchs, and various shrimps and crabs. Seek encounters with bucket-list octopuses such as blue-ringed, mimic, wunderpus, and more.

Amun Ini takes pride in its commitment to conservation and enforces a strict no-touching policy for all snorkelers and divers. The team demonstrates the value of sustainable tourism through coral planting initiatives and established a marine protected area in front of the resort, all with the guidance of in-house marine biologists.

Dive Center Information

Enjoy the convenience of Amun Ini's SSI dive center and facilities, including a dedicated camera room with workstations for photographers. Store your dive gear in a lockable area or rent a set of equipment from the shop. Listen to detailed dive briefings in a spacious and comfortable common area. Amun Ini provides air and has Nitrox available for Nitrox certified divers.

Join up to four guided dives per day, with two in the morning, one in the afternoon, a mandarin fish dusk dive at 17:00, and a night dive at 18:00. Travel to the dive sites in a 30-foot speedboat stocked with a variety of fruit and beverages.

Dive with confidence in Amun Ini's safety standards, including a first aid kit and emergency oxygen available at all times. Due to the remote location of the resort, they do not permit solo dives, deco dives, or dives exceeding 30 meters. Don't forget to purchase both a travel insurance and dive insurance policy before you travel.

Begin or continue your dive education with a variety of SSI courses taught by experienced instructors. Try diving for the first time with the one-day SSI Try Scuba course, where you will learn key basic information about scuba diving, practice some skills and go scuba diving in a safe confined water environment.
