Lombok is only half-hour flight or a 1-2 hours ride by fast-boat from Bali. The beachside dive center is located in Sekotong on the Southern coast of Lombok, about 2 hours drive from the airport. It offers diving in two diving locations - The Southern Gilis and Belongas Bay. The 5-star dive center is located at Villa Pao Pao and operated by their partners Divezone.

The reefs in Southwest Lombok are very intact, and apart from the many colorful reef fish, there is an abundance underwater life to be found for divers of all levels of experience.

Villa Pao Pao

Villa Pao Pao is a unique luxurious 3-bedroom villa situated on the idyllic island of Lombok and is set just 40 yards from its own beach. Pearl Beach Resort

Pearl Beach Resort offers spacious, well-equipped beach bungalows with queen-size beds as well as tropical-style bamboo cottages with single and double beds. Each bungalow includes an ensuite garden bathroom and in all rooms, ocean breezes generally ensure that the heat is not oppressive. In addition, ceiling or wall fans help to moderate evening temperatures. The beach bungalows, located just a stones throw away from the sea, offer hot shower and western-style toilet as well as a generous wooden sea view terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and swing bed.

Gili Asahan Eco Lodge

Fall in love with the wild beauty of the Lombok Barat Gilis Archipelago. Sun, sea, fish and corals, bird songs, the coolness of the trees and great fish based food cooked in an Italian style. Two types of accommodation are offered. Bungalow: equipped with solar panel power, a safety box and an en-suite bathroom with a small private garden, a terrace lounge furnished with a coffee table, sofa and hammock. Bale: Equipped with luggage storage space, a headrest locker for valuables and a modest terrace furnished with bean bags for you to kick your shoes off and enjoy a sunset view with a cool drink at hand.

Belongas Bay Lodge

The Belongas Bay Lodge is designed and situated to take advantage of the sea breezes and the spectacular panoramic views over the bay and the surrounding ranges. The accommodation is made up of 3 comfortable and tastefully furnished Teakwood Bungalows, constructed from a variety of local materials that add a rustic, seaside ambiance.

The Southern Gilis Dive Overview

The Southern Gilis a very remote area with lovely white sand beaches and small tropical-island resorts, and offers great diving around un-touched islands where youll most likely be the only divers on the site. The dive center is just minutes away from the islands, the nearest being Gili Asahan.

Belongas Bay Dive Overview

Belongas Bay is about 60 minutes by car from the dive center in Sekotong. Most of the dive sites are pinnacles sticking out of the surface of the ocean and covered with bright soft corals. The diving is famous for pelagics - hammerhead sharks, mobula- eagle- and sting rays - but there is also macro life - nudibranchs, pygmy seahorse and the orangutan and porcelain crab are only a few of the many different species.
