Labuan Bajo (LBJ), the departure point of most boats is only a 1-hour flight away from Denpasar (DPS). Some Komodo liveaboards even depart from Bali, making it easier for divers to access this world-class scuba diving destination.
Contact us for more information on liveaboards like Adishree Phinisi, Amalia Liveaboard, Celestia Yacht, MY Oceanic and more.
Diving Season
Komodo is a year-round scuba diving destination, but it's best to avoid the months of November through February which mark the rainy season in the area and can make navigation and diving conditions less than ideal. Some Komodo liveaboards stay in the area year-round while most liveaboards opt to visit Komodo only during Raja Ampat's low/off-season, around the months of May to October.
