Dive Overview

Expect manta rays, different species of whales, reef sharks, giant ocean sunfish, and impressive pelagic fish in Komodo National Park and Alor. Experience the rich and varied marine life in Sulawesi. Encounter schools of tunas and jacks, barracudas, Spanish mackerels, and different shark species in Banda Sea. The diversity of species and dive sites in Seram Sea. Amazing diverse hard corals, seagrass beds, mangroves, shallow reefs, drop-offs, muck, caves, black sand, white sand, new lava flow, and a lot of fish, in more shapes and sizes than anywhere else in the world, in West Papua. And find vertical walls, reef flats, slopes, ridges, sea mounds, mucky mangroves, lagoons and pinnacles, soft coral, and many kinds of fish in the Moluccas.

Accommodation Overview

The six Deluxe Cabins are located below the main deck, each measuring 18m² and featuring two portholes. Four of these cabins include a convertible day bed, allowing for twin-share occupancy or accommodating a third guest. The Master Cabin, situated at the rear of the main deck, offers 26m² of space, a private lounge, and a sundeck, creating an exclusive retreat for guests. All cabins are fully air-conditioned and include a private bathroom with a separate shower and WC, storage space, LED lighting, and a flat-screen entertainment system.

Komodo Dive Overview

Diving is very varied from muck diving to whirlpools, critters to pelagic and schooling fish, crystal clear warm water to cooler, murkier rich in plankton soup. Currents can be strong. Dive guides generally check currents before entering the water. A reef hook can be helpful while watching fish life in the current. Expect black sand diving, colorful muck dive, dolphin & manta dive, challenging current dives, all in one location, colorful reef, sea apple, Komodo dragon trek, savannah scenery.

Dive sites are very varied from clear water critter dives to drift and adrenalin dives with action. Currents can be strong especially between channels. Banda Sea

West Papua Dive Overview

Certain stationary dives in mid-water to observe the whale sharks under the fishing platforms. Dives are normally conducted on reef edges with wrecks, around coral atolls, some sand-based diving, and some dropoffs. Currents and visibility can be varied. Moluccas Dive Overview

This is a truly wonderful place but may not be the cruise destination for every diver, more for the adventure diver. The currents can be varied and need to be checked before entering the water. Especially around Triton Bay. The visibility can be very low (5-10m) in Triton Bay and Ambon Bay. Expect warm and clear waters, except in Triton Bay where the visibility can be very low but the density of life is exceptional, unspoilt dive sites, soft & black coral galore, new species photo opportunities, the last frontier, non-stop pygmy seahorses, warm water, lagoon-sightseeing, river cruising, rock art painting, pearl farm.
