Cabilao is a chill-out place off the typical tourist destinations of the Philippines, with amazing dive sites around Cabilao island. The perfect place to slow things down combined with world-class diving. Pygmy seahorses, critters as well as hard and soft corals of various species have made that island a must-see, especially for scuba divers.
How To Get To Cabilao
You can either fly to Cebu/Mactan International airport and travel by car to the Cebu City Pier (30 minutes) to then take a fast ferry (2.5 hours) to reach Mocpoc Pier, where you will have to take 1 15 minute boat ride to Cabilao. Another option is to take a flight to the Tagbilaran domestic airport in Bohol and travel 1 hour by car to Mocpoc Pier.
Pura Vida Cabilao
Pura Vida Cabilao (formerly Cabilao Beach Club or CBC) is located in the Barangay Cambaquiz, on the north-eastern tip of Cabilao Island, Bohol. The resort has 20 rooms with 3 categories: suite rooms, deluxe rooms, standard rooms, all of them are equipped with air-conditioning, a hot shower, and a terrace. Beside the restaurant which is built on top of the cliff, you will also find the bar with an amazing view over the Bohol Sea. They also offer massage services.

Sea Explorers Dauin Overview
The island of Negros is the second largest in the Visayas, after Panay. Besides the wild nature on Negros and a caramel brown beach in Dauin, every diver has the chance for a varied dive holiday. With Dauin's multifaceted house reef, impressive corals (Apo Island) as well as world-class muck diving, each diver has the chance to find a personal favorite dive spot. Sea Explorers offer 2 dive resorts in the area, each one with its own dive center: Pura Vida Beach & Dive Resort and Vida Homes Condo Resort.
How To Get To Dauin
You can fly to Cebu International airport and travel by car to Liloan, Santander pier (3.5 hours) to then take a fast ferry (30 minutes) to reach Santander Pier to Sibulan, Negros, where you will have to take a 1-hour car ride to Pura Vida Beach Resort. If you arrive at Cebu Pier, you can travel to Dumaguete pier by fast ferry (5 hours) and then proceed by car to Pura Vida Beach Resort (30 minutes]. The last option is, if you fly to Dumaguete Airport, you can take a 1-hour car ride straight to Pura Vida Beach Resort.
Pura Vida Beach & Dive Resort Dauin
Pura Vida Beach & Dive Resort has 27 rooms surrounded by a tropical garden. There are 5 different room categories: suite rooms, family deluxe rooms, deluxe rooms, and standard rooms. The standard rooms are located in the back of the resort with a beautiful garden view. All the other rooms are in the front part nicely arranged around the pool area near the beachfront. The restaurant is located on top of the Sea Explorers dive center directly at the beach. The beach bar, as well as the extended restaurant, are just beside the dive center near the pool area.

Vida Homes Condo Resort Dauin
Vida Homes is located in Dauin, Negros Oriental, besides the Pura Vida Beach Resort. Vida Homes is a condo resort that is both exotic and luxurious. Its tropical and modern design for its 14 apartments is comforting and relaxing. Vida Homes boasts eight one-bedroom apartments, four two-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom penthouses, all of which have easy access to the beachfront. An infinity pool with an integrated bar in the middle of its lush tropical garden completes the scenery. The whole condo resort has a 24-hour reception service, security protection, and free Wi-Fi access.

Malapascua Island by the locals called Logon is situated in the northern tip of Cebu Island, about 128 kilometers from Cebu City. Besides white palm-lined beaches, one of the main factors in the popularity of the island is its dive site Monad Shoal. The regular sightings of thresher sharks, a unique species of sharks known for their long dorsal tail and docility made this spot a unique dive site in the whole world. Sea Explorers offer 2 dive resorts in the area, each one with its own dive center: Buena Vida Resort & Spa and Ocean Vida Beach and Dive Resort.
How To Get To Malapascua
You can fly to Cebu International airport and travel by car to the Maya Pier (3-4 hours) to then take a local banca boat (30-40 minutes) to reach Malapascua Island.
Buena Vida Resort & Spa
Located on the small island of Malapascua, northern Cebu, the resort hides quietly in a gorgeous tropical garden behind the busy beachfront. There are 12 beautifully designed garden rooms with a spacious wooden terrace including a hammock and garden view. All rooms have the option between a fan room and an upgrade to an air-conditioned room. The Sea Explorers dive center and Ocean Vida Beach Resort are only a 3-minute walk away through easy access. How To Get To Sipalay
Fly to Bacolod–Silay or Dumaguete–Sibulan Airport. From Bacolod, take a taxi to the South Ceres Bus Terminal, then a 4–5 hour bus to Sipalay. From Dumaguete, ride a tricycle to the Ceres Terminal, then a 4–5 hour bus via Hinobaan. Tricycles or arranged boat transfers can bring you directly to your resort or Sugar Beach.
