Guests who fly in from the Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) will need to take another local flight to Pemba Island. The island is serviced by several charter airlines that operate smaller aircrafts. From there, guests can arrange for airport shuttle service resort which typically takes 1.5 hours.
Divers who venture into the warm, turquoise waters of Zanzibar, Tanzania, and Kenya's Indian Ocean can expect an exciting experience as they explore an abundance of marine life. The inshore reef areas offer plenty of opportunities to observe an array of reef fish, such as ribbon eels, fire dartfish, octopuses, moray eels, and giant groupers.
