Cozy Nest Fuvahmulah is located on Fuvahmulah Island, Maldives. The nearest international airport is Velana International Airport (MLE) in Malé. From there, take a domestic flight to Fuvahmulah Airport (FVM), which is about 1.5 hours. Note that there are no direct international flights to Fuvahmulah. 

Alternatively, you can fly into GAN Airport (GAN) in Addu Atoll and reach Fuvahmulah by speedboat.  Airport transfers can be arranged with the team (surcharge applies).

Fuvahmulah is recognized as the tiger shark capital of the world, and these amazing predators are around all year. The island's remote location in the southern Maldives attracts a diverse range of pelagic life, from hammerhead and thresher sharks to manta rays, all in visibility that regularly hits 45 meters.

Cozy Nest Fuvahmulah has its own Cozy Deck Restaurant, where guests can enjoy meals in a relaxed al fresco setting. It's a great spot to unwind and soak in the island atmosphere after a day on the water.

Fuvahmulah's secret is its geography: the island drops straight into deep open ocean with no shallow lagoon, attracting in cold, nutrient-rich currents that keep marine life diverse and consistent all year. Tiger sharks are the main attraction, and encounters here are as consistent as they come anyplace in the world. These are resident, naturally curious sharks, with no baiting or tricks. Beyond tigers, divers regularly spot thresher sharks, hammerhead sharks, oceanic whitetip sharks, manta rays, and the rare whale shark, as well as schools of tuna, jacks, and barracudas. Visibility is from 20 to 40 meters, the water temperature is a comfortable 25-29°C, and diving locations are only a few minutes from shore. All dives are fully guided and follow strict ethical guidelines for responsible shark interactions, making it a dream destination for underwater shark photography as well.

The dive center is run by Cozy Scuba Club, a professional PADI 5-Star dive center known for world-class tiger shark diving and thrilling encounters with pelagic marine life. All dives are led by experienced, certified guides who prioritize safety and ethical  shark interactions. The water temperature is a comfortable range of 25-29°C, with visibility up to 45 meters and a maximum depth of 30 meters. Whether it's your first dive or your hundredth, the team makes sure every experience is well-organized and memorable.
