Seven Seas Sea View is located on Feridhoo Island in the Maldives, approximately 88 kilometers from the nearest town or city. The nearest airport is Velana International Airport, from which guests can travel by speedboat or ferry in about an hour and 15 minutes. Airport transfers are available at an additional cost.

Diving around Feridhoo is part of the North Ari Atoll, which is widely regarded as one of the best diving destinations in the Maldives. Nearby, Maaya Thila is a popular night-dive site where whitetip reef sharks hunt the reef top after dark, while Fish Head (Mushimasmingili Thila) is a protected pinnacle with almost guaranteed gray reef shark sightings. Divers in the area often see manta rays, eagle rays, turtles, and schools of barracuda and trevally, with whale sharks appearing seasonally. Water temperatures remain comfortable year-round at 26-29°C, with visibility ranging from 20 to 30 meters.

Seven Seas Sea View serves a variety of local and international cuisine, either buffet-style or plated depending on the meal. Meal plans range from room only to full board, and include water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol, but specific dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

Diving in Feridhoo is arranged through an offsite dive center, giving guests access to the wider North Ari Atoll, one of the Maldives' best-known diving regions. All dives are guided, with a diver-to-guide ratio of 4:1, and a minimum of 5 logged dives is required to join.

Marine life in the area includes reefs rich in biodiversity, along with regular sightings of manta rays, sharks, dolphins, and whale sharks, plus the occasional wreck dive. Nearby sites like Maaya Thila and Fish Head (Mushimasmingili Thila) are known for night dives with hunting whitetip reef sharks and near-guaranteed grey reef shark encounters. Water temperatures stay a comfortable 26-29°C, with visibility typically ranging from 20 to 30 meters.

As Seven Seas Sea View does not have an on-site dive center, all diving is coordinated through a nearby offsite operator.
