Riding Rock Resort offers hearty Bahamian and American cuisine at its oceanfront restaurant, featuring both indoor and outdoor seating. Meals are served plated or buffet-style, and include fresh seafood, local specialties, and homemade bread. The resort offers all-inclusive meal plans, as well as à la carte options. With prior notice, dietary requirements can be accommodated whenever possible. The on-site Driftwood Bar opens daily at 4 PM, serving cocktails, beer, wine, and island drinks in a relaxed, social setting with ocean views.

San Salvador Island is world-renowned for its spectacular wall diving, with dramatic reef drop-offs beginning as shallow as 40 feet. Riding Rock Resort offers access to over 50 named dive sites, all within a short boat ride—most just 3 to 20 minutes away. 

Expect crystal-clear visibility (often over 100 feet) and abundant marine life, including scalloped hammerheads, reef sharks, turtles, rays, and colorful reef fish. Dive sites feature canyons, tunnels, pinnacles, and coral gardens, ideal for underwater photography and exploration. Guanahani Divers, the on-site dive center located in the marina, is PADI- and SSI-affiliated and delivers an exceptional experience for divers of all levels

Boats and Facilities

• Two custom boats carry up to 20 divers each, and feature sun decks, freshwater rinse tanks, camera washdown barrels, sturdy ladders, bottled water, fresh fruit, and full safety gear
• The marina dock area is spacious and conveniently located steps from the dive shop and resort. There are rinse tanks, dive gear drying hooks, and dive brief boards showing schedules

Dive Schedule

• Standard packages include two morning boat dives and one afternoon dive on full dive days, with a single tank dive on the last dive day. Arrival and departure days do not include dives
  
• Optional extra dives (day or night) may be arranged for ~US $50 per dive, typically requiring a minimum of 4–6 diver

• The Guanahani divemasters are experienced, professional, and known for their hospitality. Many guests note that it’s among the best-managed dive operations they've encountered
