Moorea is a seven-minute flight or 30-minute catamaran ride from Tahiti. The hotel is located in the North of Moorea, between Cook's Bay and Opunohu Bay, and is a 20-minute drive from the Moorea Airport (MOZ) and 25-minute one from Mooreas ferry dock. Manava Beach Resort and Spa Moorea can arrange your ground transfers from both the ferry dock and Moorea airport with a transportation company.
Located only 9 miles from Tahiti, Moorea, the sister island, offers spectacular dives on the outside reef. During your dives in Moorea, youll meet many sharks, including the impressive Lemon Sharks that have made their diving reputation in Moorea.

Moorea Blue Diving is partnered with the the , a charming hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and serenity, making it an ideal destination for couples, honeymooners, divers, and families. The syle of the resort is a tasteful combination of the traditional and the contemporary, with a powerful sense of Polynesia.
The hotel is conveniently located just ten minutes from the airport and fifteen minutes from the ferry terminal. It is nestled between majestic Cook's Bay and the Moorea Golf Course, with a peaceful setting along the island shore. The neighboring village of Maharepa offers boutiques, casual restaurants, and a bank all within walking distance of the hotel.
Moorea's underwater world has an infinite range of canyons, chasms, and promontories. Fish feeding is common here so divers are often surrounded by schools of small and large marine life. Some of the highlights of Moorea diving include diving with sharks, such as the amazing lemon sharks.
With a lack of strong currents, Moorea is perfect for beginners while the deeper canyons attract the more advanced divers.

Moorea is also an amazing place, if not the best place in the world forswimming with whales, especially the humpback whale. A myriad of humpback whales migrates this area, from July to October/November. During this period of time, you encounter the whale population on the outer reefs of the island, searching for mates or nursing their young.
