This is my new favorite hotel in the world! We loved staying above the water in our bungalow and watching the sunset every night. Everyone on the staff remembered our names when they greeted us each day of our 6-day stay. The snorkeling was the best, right in front, or on the backside if it was breezy. We saw Octopus, Cuttlefish, sharks, beautiful coral, and abundant schools of fish, just snorkeling in front of our bungalow! We also enjoyed kayaking and diving. The diving was spectacular—a WWII plane wreck, octopus actually mating, manta rays swooping just above me at a cleaning station, and wobeggong sharks, and that was just in 4 dives! The food was buffet style and had plenty of variety at each meal. We loved having fresh fruit at every meal. This is also great to get away from it all because the internet is intermittent, so plan on being really offline and living in the moment.

We had hoped to be on a traditional style of vessel for our Live-aBoard experience, but the boats got switched right before our trip. We were on the Ocean Rover, just signed on with Aggressor. The owner was aboard making sure everything ran smoothly and we enjoyed getting to know him. The boat is undergoing a bit of updating-the bathroom and carpet in our room needed a refresh, But the staff were super helpful and the common quarters were roomy and adequate. I liked having a canopy over the sun deck to keep us a bit cooler from the hot sun. I also loved some little excursions that our cruise director worked into our experience to see some of the islands close up. The diving was exceptional and we enjoyed all the dive sites we visited.
